New Generation of Investment
Friendly Partnerships represents a new era of infrastructure investment - one defined by climate transition, technological acceleration and a renewed sense of social interdependence.

Our Story: Friendly Partnerships
Established during Covid-19 Pandemic
Friendly Partnerships was founded during the unprecedented challenge of the COVID-19 pandemic - a time when key workers stood up against the worst global health crisis in over a century. As the world watched, we (as NHS staff and essential workers) put our lives on the line to protect others, offering hope, care, and compassion when it was needed most. Amid the clapping and collective resilience, we saw a growing need: to invest in critical global workforce and to rebuild neighbourhood infrastructure for underserved communities.
Amid the applause, one truth became painfully clear: the people who keep our communities alive often struggle to afford a home near their work, their children or their support networks. That injustice became our catalyst.
Friendly Partnerships was born from the conviction that those who care for others deserve to be cared for in return.
About Us
Strong Relationships Build Strong Societies
At Friendly Partnerships, we are guided by a single, enduring belief: strong relationships build strong societies. Connection between people, neighbourhoods and the places they call home is the foundation of a happy, healthy and sustainable life. We combine the discipline of an institutional asset manager with the purpose of a social enterprise, creating a model where capital serves community, and investment becomes a vehicle for human wellbeing. Our success is not defined by financial returns, but by the resilience, inclusivity and vitality of the communities we help to build.
